There was a segment about Disneyland that is very much in line with what you have written. In Disneyland, there are actually 2 separate &#039;worlds&#039;. In the underground secton, away from the public&#039;s eyes, employees can carry on as normal. But once they get above ground, everybody is expected to behave as a performer. Disney uses the words On-stage and Off-stage to drum this concept into all employees; so everybody has the same mission; to make the &#039;guest&#039;, not &#039;customer&#039; feel at home.]]></description>
