Billed as a “multi-million dollar fantasy musical”, LightSeeker is Resorts World Sentosa’s third original production and a first time collaboration with famed local songwriter Dick Lee. Produced by Andrea Teo (formerly of Under One Roof and Phua Chu Kang fame), the 90-minute musical boasts of spectacular visuals, acrobatic action sequences, stunning sets, and eye catching theatrical effects.

I was totally floored by a blog post by Jackie Huba of Church of the Customer.

In her post, Huba recounted how Nordstrom – a beacon of premium customer service in the US – upped the ante by replacing her worn-out loyalty card with a new one sent to her home without any prompting. All it took was for Huba to remark that her card was old and presto! A new card was delivered.

Good or bad, habits are hard to break. Try refraining from showering for a week—or even a day—to see what I mean!

As the old song by Chicago goes, habits can be hard to break. Especially addictive ones like smoking, binge drinking, watching television (especially Netflix), scrolling through Facebook or Instagram (oops guilty!), or lazing on the couch.
